Forbidden Food
First of all it is necessary to mention that I have been a vegetarian for more than five years. When I stopped eating meat, the greatest difficult was dealing with my family and my closest friends, it was difficult for them to understand that I did not want to eat meat, especially my grandmother. For example, sometimes she threw ground beef on the sly, luckily I always noticed it.
Vegetarian food has many possibilities, salads, legumes, cereals, infinite combinations of flavors that you would not have tried before, such as green apple in salty sauces. However since I was little I have really enjoyed the fries especially the french fries and the sauces. That's why when I'm alone I usually prepare an extremely high fat dish, my personal adaptation to the "chorrillana"
"Chorrillana" is a dish originally from the city of Valparaiso. It is made from French fries, fried onions, fried eggs and meats, which are usually sausage and other meats. In my case, I use soy meat, tofu or seitan and serve the "chorrillana" with different sauces, my favorites are garlic mayonnaise and mustard.
I can only cook it on my own, otherwise, nobody would allow me to.
